When displaying products on shelves, a common challenge is accessing items placed at the back.

The Small Dispenser Unit DU from Sunco Spring Co., Ltd. offers a simple, effective solution powered by the company’s signature product, CONSTON®.

Easily attach the DU to a display case using the Double-sided seal, and it instantly works as a front-push display system.



The DU is widely used in displays for cigarettes, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, stationery, and general merchandise. With no need for manual front-facing, products are always presented neatly at the very front of the shelf.

Components and Combinations of Small Dispenser Units (DU-1 to DU-5)

Components



(1) Three types of push plates (POM) (Push plate W, Push plate S and Push plate K) are availabl, accommodating a wide range of products—from slim items such as lighters, spices, and lipsticks to wider items such as cigarettes and pharmaceuticals.

(2) CONSTON spring (SUS) - force spring automatically pushes products forward, keeping shelves fully stocked and orderly.

(4) AL rail (aluminum) - If the AL rail is required, please provide the internal dimensions of the case.
■ Total length of Small Dispenser Unit DU = Case internal dimension -2mm to -6mm / -0.08in to -0.24in
■ AL rail length = Case internal dimension -8mm to -12mm / -0.31in to -0.47in
(When using the End stopper = -29mm to -33mm / -1.14in to -1.30in)
Note: When installing in a case, be sure to place the front of the unit (Pin-part side) against the inner surface of the case, leaving a gap of 2 mm to 6 mm / 0.08in to 0.24in at the rear.



(5) Double-sided seal - For DU-3 and DU-5, two double-sided adhesive seals are attached to the front and rear of the AL rail upon delivery. (For DU-5, one additional seal is included separately.)



(6) End stopper (POM) - The Push plate can be locked in the rear position during product replenishment (compatible with Push plate W and S).
Note: When using the End stopper, please attach the supplied double-sided tape so that it overlaps both the AL rail and the End stopper.
